FAQ – EUHA-Exhibition 2020

How much do I have to pay in order to participate in the industrial exhibition?

All prices are net prices.

Exhibition area:

Front booth: 215.00 EUR/ m²
Corner booth 190.00 EUR/m²
Row booth: 165.00 EUR/m²

 The minimum space is 6m².

Following the official admission of the German Association of Hearing Aid Manufactures the final exhibition area will be calculated. The price only includes the booth rent.

The Basic Communication Package (300 EUR) is mandatory for every exhibitor.

Additional area: 110.00 EUR/ m².
It is not part of the stand space and must not be used to entertain visitors. The minimum size of additional area is 6 sqm. The price includes hall rent plus the following:

  • Wall construction, white, 2.50m in height
  • 1 door up to 50m², 2 doors more than 50m² white, lockable
  • 1 grid ceiling / m² (Rasterdecke pro m²)
  • ribbed carpet / m² (Rips pro m²)
  • Including erection and dismantling
  • Table (70×100 cm) and chairs
  • low-voltage spotlights (75 W)

The number of included low-voltage spotlights, tables and chairs depends on the booked additional space.

All prices are subject to 19% VAT, where applicable.


Is it possible to book additional conference rooms in the Deutsche Messe Hannover?
Yes, you can book additional conference rooms in Convention Center of Deutsche Messe Hannover. Here you will find further information concerning the rooms and costs. You are only able to book a conferernce room once you have booked exhibition area.
Please note, that there is only a limited number of rooms available. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any room, “first come, first served” applies.


Is it possible to set up stands earlier than the regular booth set up times?
Earlier booth setups have to be approved by the German Association of the Hearing Aid Manufactures. 

The early booth set up times are: 

Saturday, 3 Oct 2020, from 07:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and

Sunday, 4 Oct 2020 from 00:00 a.m. to 00:00 p.m..

In addition a 550.00 EUR per day and per booth space fee has to be paid for an early set up. All prices are calculated plus 19 % VAT.

If you expect to receive shipments during your absence in Hannover, your trade fair transport company will take delivery of your shipments and forward them to any address you specify. All shipments shall be co-ordinated by our service partner Schenker Deutschland AG.

Is WLAN available at the fairgrounds?
WLAN as well as internet connections may be booked via the forms provided.


Is suspension of objects from hall ceilings possible?
You can book the suspension of objects directly via online service center of Deutsche Messe AG. The provision of suspension points as well as the modification of suspension structures of the hall are carried out exclusively by Deutsche Messe Hannover.

Where is the exhibition office located?
The exhibition counter of EUHA and BVHI are located in the entrance section of the Convention Center of Deutsche Messe Hannover. Please follow the labelling.

When and where are the EUHA congresses taking place in the following years?

Who is allowed to visit the exhibition?
The congress with the associated exhibition is open for industry professionals and trade visitors only. End users are not allowed.


How much do the tickets for the EUHA-Congress cost?

What are the opening hours of the Exhibition?

Opening hours of the industry exhibtion:

15 Sept 2021 09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
16 Sept 2021 09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
17 Sept 2021 09:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.

The exhibitors have access to the exhibition every day 1 hour before opening.
The exhibition stands are to be filled no later than 15 minutes before opening. For safety reasons, exhibitors must have left the exhibition halls at the latest 30 minutes after the end of the opening hours.

How do I get to Deutsche Messe Hannover (directions)?
Visitors travelling by car reach the exhibition centre the short and fast way. The acces plan you will find here.

The Address for navigation system: Hermesallee, 30521 Hannover

From Hannover Main Railway Station: underground U-Bahn line 8 or 18. Journey time ca. 18 minutes (Entrance NORTH 1 und 2).

Via airport: underground S-Bahn line 5 to Hannover Main Railway Station, then switch to undergrownd U-Bahn line 8 oder 18 untill Exhibition.


Where can I park my car?
You can park directly in the car parks North 4 till 7 of Deutsche Messe Hannover.
The parking facilities are marked in green in the
site plan.

Will there be any evening events?
Traditionally the congress meeting takes place on Thursday, the 8 Oct 2020 evening. It is a joint event of the EUHA, BVHI and FDH.


Do you provide any information on hotels?

Where can I eat or drink at the congress (inside and outside the fairgrounds)? Where can I get directions to the restaurants, bars, bistros, etc.??
You will finde here some infromation about the nearly placed locations.

Are there ATMs, lockers or wardrobes at the fair ground?
There are wardrobes, but no ATMs or lockers in the Convention Center.


As wheelchair user, I plan to visit the exhibition. What arrangements have to be considered?
All rooms are handicapped-accessible. You can visit the exhibition barrier- free.
