BVHI Counter
The BVHI counter will be located at the entrance of the Convention Center of Deutsche Messe Hannover.

The opening times of the BVHI counter are as follows:

Tuesday, 14 Sep 2021 10:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 15 Sep 2021 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
Thursday, 16 Sep 2021 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
Friday, 17 Sep 2021 08:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.

Conference rooms
In addition to stand space, you can also book conference rooms. Would you please note that only a limited number of conference rooms are available.

Early set-up
If you need additional days in addition to the regular set-up times, you can order early set-up.

 

EC cashpoint
There ist no cash machine in the Convention Center.

The next cash machine is at the Information Center (between hall 17 and 5) or at Entrance South (between hall 11 and 9).

 

Exhibitor passes
Every employee and every service provider working on the stand require an exhibitor pass during the trade exhibition. You can book exhibitor passes from Mid July 2021.

Lectures

Contributions for the academic lecture programme must be submitted online until February 28, 2021.

Logistic
In order to ensure troublefree processing, the logistics will be coordinated and organised by our service partner Schenker Deutschland AG.

Orders
In addition to stand space, you can also directly book additional space, conference rooms, exhibitor passes, early stand construction and other services.

 

Opening hours

Opening hours of the industry exhibtion:

15 Sept 2021 09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
16 Sept 2021 09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
17 Sept 2021 09:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.

The exhibitors have access to the exhibition every day 1 hour before opening.
The exhibition stands are to be filled no later than 15 minutes before opening. For safety reasons, exhibitors must have left the exhibition halls at the latest 30 minutes after the end of the opening hours.

Stand construction
You can find all the information relating to stand construction here.

 

Stand parties
Stand parties must be approved. Please send us your request via email, exhibition-euha@bvhi.org. Would you please note that stand parties may only start after 05.00 p.m. and that the noise level may not exceed 80 decibels. The Regulations on Places of Assembly must also be observed. If you plan to play licensed music, please remember that you must register with the German Performing Rights Society (GEMA) beforehand.

 

Stand personnel
You must book exhibitor passes for your stand personnel (available from end of May 2021).

Due to the pandemic the Technical Regulations have been expanded to include the CATALOGUE OF  MEASURES PROTECTION AGAINST INFECTION.
