Dismantling begins on 16.10.2026 at 3:00 pm and ends on 18.10.2026 at 6:00 pm.
Early Set-up
It is possible to book an early set-up for a fee. Associated companies must each submit a separate application. Booking is only possible as a registered exhibitor. Therefore, please contact your client.
If you wish to have an early set-up, the number of possible early set-up days depends on the square metre size of your stand. See here below.
Exhibitors can note the request for early set-up (how many days) in the ordering system. Early set-up is subject to approval by BVHI.
