If you need additional days in addition to the regular set-up times, you can order early set-up. The link will follow shortly.

 

Exhibitor passes

During the trade fair, every employee and every service provider working on the stand requires an exhibitor pass. The links for the exhibitor passes will be sent to you as a registered exhibitor by e-mail from our service provider Aditus GmbH mid-July. You will receive further information on this in a separate mailing.

Lectures

Contributions for the lecture programme of the International Congress of Hearing Aid Acousticians must be submitted online by end of February.

 

Logistic

In order to ensure troublefree processing, the logistics will be coordinated and organised by our service partner Schenker Deutschland AG.

The exhibitors have access to the exhibition every day 1 hour before opening.
The exhibition stands are to be filled no later than 15 minutes before opening. For safety reasons, exhibitors must have left the exhibition halls at the latest 30 minutes after the end of the opening hours.

Stand construction

You can find all the information relating to stand construction here.

 

Stand parties

Stand parties must be approved via the Hannover Messe online shop. Would you please note that stand parties may only start after 05:00 p.m. and that the noise level may not exceed 80 decibels. The Regulations on Places of Assembly must also be observed. If you plan to play licensed music, please remember that you must register with the German Performing Rights Society (GEMA) beforehand.

Trainee and students

Trainees and students can attend the event free of charge on all 3 days from 14-16 October 2026.

Visa

Invitation Letter
If you require an Invitation Letter for your participation in the fair,
you can apply for one in the exhibitor portal under the task of the same name.
The application is only possible after confirmed participation in the event.

 

Visitor car parks

Visitors to the event should primarily use the North 4 parking area (other open parking areas are North 1-3 and North 7). The day parking ticket for cars costs 8 €.

The wardrobe is located at the entrance area.
