Opening hours of trade exhibition

14 October 2026,  09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.

15 October 2026,  09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.

16 October 2026,  09:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.

Exhibitors can access the trade exhibition one hour before the opening time on each day of the event.

The exhibition stands must be staffed no later than 15 minutes before the opening time. For security reasons, exhibitors must vacate the premises no later than 30 minutes after the end of the opening hours.

Exhibitor passes

During the trade exhibition admission will only be possible with a valid exhibitor pass. The personalised exhibitor passes can be ordered in advance. You will receive a free contingent based on the size of your stand. Every additional pass costs 60.00 EUR.

BVHI counter

You will find the BVHI Counter in the foyer of the Convention Center.

The opening hours of the BVHI counter will be as follows:

Cashpoint / ATM

The nearest ATM can be found in the North 2 entrance area, directly at the North 2 entrance opposite the shuttle bus stop.

Wardrobe

The wardrobe is located in the foyer of the Convention Center.
