Information for stand constructors
Set-up times:
14.10.2024 07:00 am – 12:00 pm
15.10.2024 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Dismantling times:
Dismantling begins on 18.10.2024 at 3:00 pm and ends on 20.10.2024 at 6:00 pm.
It is possible to book an early set-up for a fee. Associated companies must each submit a separate application. Booking is only possible as a registered exhibitor. Therefore, please contact your client.
If you wish to have an early set-up, the number of possible early set-up days depends on the square metre size of your stand. See here below.
Exhibitors can note the request for early set-up (how many days) in the ordering system. Early set-up is subject to approval by BVHI.
Early assembly:
Stands >200m²: 11.10.2024, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
Stands >100m²: 12.10.2024, 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
Stands >50m²: 13.10.2024, 12:00 pm- 12:00 pm

Other services
Do you need further services like stand security, catering etc.? Have you booked electricity or stand cleaning for your stand? You can order everything you need for your trade fair appearance via the online portal of Deutsche Messe AG.
Please order all services by 03 September 2024. Orders at the period of the fair are only possible to a certain extent and are associated with extra costs and a waiting period.
Please note that these services are provided by Deutsche Messe Hannover or the respective service provider. BVHI has no control over the completeness and coherence of your order. Exhibitor passes
You do not need any passes during the set-up and dismantling periods. During the exhibition period, admission to the exhibition hall is only possible with a valid exhibitor pass. These can be ordered by the exhibitor via the portal. Please note that the passes are personalised.
